About the Spark Mentoring Program
Overview and program information
The UF Spark Mentoring Program pairs experienced industry mentors with student-led startups at the University of Florida. The goal is to accelerate early-stage ventures by providing strategic guidance on product development, business model validation, AI integration, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising. Sessions are hands-on and tailored to each startup's stage and needs — from refining a pitch deck to mapping competitive landscapes to connecting founders with the right people in the Gainesville ecosystem.

About This Platform & AI Usage
The Spark Mentoring Hub is an experimental tool built by Douglas Campbell to organize and share information from his mentoring sessions with UF Spark startups — a centralized reference for startup profiles, session notes, useful tools, local resources, and the UF ecosystem.
This platform was designed with AI vibe coding and is not an official UF platform. It's a work in progress, released as-is — some information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors, so it's always a good idea to fact-check any AI-produced claims or copy. If you notice something that needs correcting, please reach out.
